APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Register Online – Visit the official enrollment link: enroll.usant.edu.ph, fill out all required information, and click Submit.
  2. Search for Your Records – Enter your reference number, then click Search.
  3. Obtain a Student Number – Go to the Registrar’s Office to receive your student number.
  4. Complete Your Payment – Proceed to the Cashier’s to finalize your enrollment by making the required payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Long Brown Envelope
  • Original Form 138
  • Original Form 137/SF10 (copy for USANT)
  • Photocopied PSA Birth Certificate
  • Good Moral

FOR 1ST YEAR AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS:

  1. Register Online – Visit the official enrollment link: enroll.usant.edu.ph, fill out all required information, and click Submit.
  2. Search for Your Records – Enter your reference number or student number, then click Search.
  3. Complete Initial Requirements – Once your details appear, click the Manage button and proceed with the following steps:
    1. Registrar’s office for document evaluation.
    2. Guidance Center (Admin Bldg, 3rd Floor) for the Admission Test.
    3. CES/NSTP (Admin Building, 3rd Floor) for advising and enlistment.
    4. Dean’s office for an interview.
  4. Add Your Subjects – Click the Manage button in your ledger, then select the subjects you wish to enroll in.
  5. Approval Process – Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by the Dean’s Office and the Registrar’s Office.
  6. Print Your Matriculation Form – Once approved, visit the Registrar’s Office to print your matriculation form.
  7. Complete Your Payment – Proceed to the Cashier’s to finalize your enrollment by making the required payment.

FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS:

  1. Register Online – Visit the official enrollment link: enroll.usant.edu.ph/enrollment-search-cgs.
  2. Search for Your Records – Enter your reference number or student number, then click Search.
  3. Create Your Enrollment Application – Once your details appear, click New Ledger to generate your enrollment request.
  4. Add Your Subjects – Click the Manage button in your ledger, then select the subjects you wish to enroll in.
  5. Approval Process – Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by the Dean’s Office and the Registrar’s Office.
  6. Print Your Matriculation Form – Once approved, visit the Registrar’s Office to print your matriculation form.
  7. Complete Your Payment – Proceed to the Cashier’s to finalize your enrollment by making the required payment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FRESHMEN & TRANSFEREES:

  • Certified photocopied Special Order (SO)
  • Transcript of Records (if graduate from other school, ‘copy for USANT’) (if graduate at USANT, photocopy of TOR only)
  • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
  • Photocopied PSA Birth /Marriage Certificate (for married)
